BoardVision utilizes two types of alerting to notify users of important information that has been posted in the board portal. First, BoardVision will send email notifications to Board Members to let them know that new information has been posted and is available to them inside the portal. Secondly, when the user securely logs on to BoardVision, they are presented with a quick snapshot of alerts regarding:

• Upcoming meetings requiring their attendance
• Consents and Approvals that need their attention and response
• Documents that have been posted for their review
• Discussions in which they have been invited
